These high school sweethearts are officially The Schneider’s! Amanda and Grahm made it official in an intimate ceremony with their families on a beautiful afternoon! I know they wish they could have had the full celebration with all of their family and friends, but they have been AMAZING through all the changes these last few months and they had so much excitement and were just so giddy, it melted me! <3 From reading a letter from Grahm, to Amanda’s first look with her dad, Amanda and Grahm seeing each other for the first time, and of course the beautiful ceremony, it was an AWESOME afternoon getting to hang with them and their families!!
