I spent part of my Friday evening with adorable Ben, his parents Meri and Peter, and his grandparents. and within 5 minutes of meeting them, I felt like I had known them forever! They couldn’t have been sweeter. Ben’s grandparents flew in for his first birthday party from the east coast, so they were making it a whole weekend of family time. Due to Wisconsin’s unpredictable weather, we moved the session inside to the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery, which is on the UW-Madison campus. Peter works there, so the building has special meaning to the family.  It was my first time there and it was awesome! Great natural light for photos, lots of plants, and greenery and nice open spaces. Ben was crawling all over the place, and I was able to capture some great images of him! THOSE EYES. <3 Couldn’t get enough, he was adorable!
